One of my favorite lipsticks of all time is the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil. My sister and I first discovered this magic in a pencil when we were grabbing some dinner at our favorite Brooklyn restaurant and loved the lipstick the waitress was wearing. The color alone caught our eye which turned out to be Dragon Girl. Of course, we asked her about it and the very next day we went out searching for it.
The colors are vibrant and the pencil glides on smoothly. The color also last for hours and it doesn’t dry out your lips like so many other lipsticks and pencils I have tried.
