Are you thinking about purchasing a treadmill but have no clue where to start? With so many types of treadmills on the market these days, it can be hard to know which one is right for you. I’m definitely no treadmill expert, however I have used numerous treadmills throughout my years of working out, so I have figured out what features I prefer to have.

The treadmill that I use in my home gym is the Sole F63. To be honest, I didn’t know anything about this brand, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turns out this treadmill was perfect for what I needed for my daily workouts. This Sole model is one of their most basic models, while still being high quality and carries very high ratings and reviews among consumers. Some of the pros of the Sole F63 is that it’s budget friendly and just under $1,000. It also is durable and includes a 60-inch running surface with gentle cushioning.

Features include Bluetooth, tablet holder, LCD screen that includes a peak./valley graph for a variety of workouts, speakers and a USB charging port. But one of my favorite features is that it folds up after you’re finished using it, so it doesn’t take up space in your room and better yet, once it’s folded up, it has wheels so it’s easy to move around the room.

Of course, with the pros also come the cons. Some cons of this treadmill are the fan, which is not very powerful, therefore you don’t get much air. Also, it has minimal tech features, which is not necessarily a con for me, but might be for other people. While this treadmill is ideal for lightweight training, it’s not ideal of you’re doing heavy training.

Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly and high quality treadmill, the Sole F63 is definitely worth looking into.
