During the week, I work a full-time job and I don’t have a ton of time to do an extensive workout. However, that has never stopped me from doing some sort of exercise regularly, even if it is just ten minutes. Below are some great ten-minute workouts that I do daily and swear by.
When I have extra time, I do a few of them in one session to get a good 20-30 minute workout that is customized by me! Just an FYI — Sometimes, the shorter workouts are more intense than the longer ones. Also, check out this post that Megan Deppen wrote about The Benefits of Shorter Workouts.
